Comics that had an issue #100

It seems like the "conventional wisdom" nowadays is to lean towards series of mini-series instead of tolling up the #s in an ongoing. When there is an ongoing, it's rare for those to make it more than a few years.
As John & I were getting ready to record Episode #100 of our podcast (we've done 300+ shows, but this is #100 of the Weekly review), I had the idea to add in some reviews of #100 issues from the past. This was pretty easy for Marvel/DC, but less so once we moved away from the "Big 2", in most cases just because we both did not necessarily have the #100s that were available out there.
I did some research and here is what I came up with for series that had an issue #100 (I may have missed some, feel free to point out those omissions on this thread).
Summary (by company):
DC (63) – 27 were “non-Super-Hero”, War/Western/Mystery/Comedy, incl 2 Vertigo
Marvel (51) – only 12 were “non-Super-Hero”
Archie (26) – Let’s give Archie some credit for selling a heck of a lot of books
Harvey (14)
Dell (10)
Charlton (9)
Disney (6)
Fawcett (5)
Dark Horse (4)
ACG (3) / Gold Key (3) / Image (3) / Lev Gleason (3) / Warren (3)
Details in the next post......

The list may be flawed in that I was searching for #100 issues. There are anomalies in titles that never had an issue #100 (for instance Thor was "Journey into Mystery" at #100, and is listed as that title). Also, things like Doom Patrol, which certainly had a #100, but since this took over from "My Greatest Adventure", the majority of the run to that point was certainly not Doom Patrol comics (same with Thor, for that matter, that started in JiM #83). I also just counted the various Disney comics as "Disney" instead of breaking them up by whomever held the license to publish them when they hit a #100.
Anyway, this was an interesting exercise. What I found was that there were a LOT of non super-hero books that had made it to #100, and Archie, though they don't get much respect, has published a TON of comics.

Wow. That's really cool. Really not a very long list when you think about it...

It's crazy how short that list is...especially since some of those, particularly the Warren books, are also filled with A LOT of all re-print issues
