I must say that's the best looking & easiest to read PDF I've ever seen. If all comics on PDF were done that way, I'd love the format, it basically approximates what Comixology does for you.
Unfortunately, most PDFs are just slapped together scans of books.
Do you have any particular PDF reader you think is really good? the basic Adobe Acrobat reader is pretty weak for reading comics in "basic PDF" imo.

Kind of a loose art style, but I like it, matches the story for me.

I only scanned through it to determine it worked. I hadn't actually read it (lesson learned -- don't post content until you've read it).

I agree the Adobe reader is pretty weak for comics, but I don't use any other. I use the adobe reader on my tablet for 90% of my pdf reading, I have large monitors that allow me to view two pages side by side on one display, and at work I turn one of my monitors sideways to view a page at the page's normal aspect ratio. That's also how I read comic books in cbz/cbr, or comixology format, so for me there's minimal difference between the three.

Given the setup you have, I can see that it works well.
I don't have a tablet, and my monitor is landscape mode (& not particularly giant) thus my different experience reading PDFs.

This is also how I read comixology books. So to me the difference between the two is minimal. I don't like guided view for reading at all.
Don't forget you can switch Adobe Reader to full-screen mode, giving you just a little more real estate.

I really like the Comixology guided view. It makes reading on the smaller devices I have work really great. It's the guided view that PDFs lack (for me).

Apparently the new Arsenic Lullaby trade didn't get enough pre-orders so the creator is going the Kickstarter route. They've canceled the existing Diamond orders, so now you have to get it through here, or I assume later in Previews.
I'm a fan of the comic, but it is very dark and perverse. Be forewarned.

There are also some postings on his site explaining why he had to go this route, which are interesting, if not depressing.
The $ to reward ratio is fair on this one.

I'm a HUGE fan of Arsenic Lullaby, but it's not for everyone. VERY dark humor. That said, I may bust out for this Kickstarter & get some art.
