Getting caught up on same books from the far too tall "to read" pile. Two that I really enjoyed I read the full series of.

Green Lantern/Planet of the Apes 1-6 = B+

Batman '66 Meets Wonder Woman '77 1-6 = A-

Fans of any of the IPs in these series will find something to enjoy and LOTS of fun Easter eggs.

Sept 13th!

• ACTION COMICS #987 LENTICULAR ED (OZ EFFECT) -- just like I say whenever I write one of these. Everything Superman is great!...and now LENTICULAR!
• DARK NIGHTS METAL #2 (OF 6)--first one was a little weird for me, but I'm in for the long haul, ya know 'cause it ends in Feb '18
• DETECTIVE COMICS #964--This is one is on the monthly internet shipment (to save a little more off cover), so not I'm not in love with it but probably like a solid B
• SUPERGIRL #13 VAR ED-- Flipped the last Artgerm cover for almost twenty bucks last month $$ thanks Drew or Kyle $$ probably Kyle
• STAR WARS DOCTOR APHRA #12--The last arc is a lot better than the first one with her Dad...Vader+Aphra=Forever
• WEAPON X #8-- there is no reason why I still have low expectations for this book...it's a good Wolvie/Sabretooth buddy book
• X-MEN BLUE #11--darn...how often does this come out?

• BATMAN THE MURDER MACHINE #1 (METAL)--sure let's see how this goes...some of these are bound to be garbage
• BATGIRL #15--ohh Dick & Babs kissing...flipping on the ebay, hopefully
• BATMAN THE SHADOW #6 (OF 6)--started strong hopefully can stick the landing...grabbing the Sale & Jock variants too
• DETECTIVE COMICS #965--Does this loosely tie into Action Comics or visa versa?
• MOTHER PANIC #11 (MR)--has gotten way better, some might enjoy reading now
• GENERATIONS SPIDER-MAN #1--this is the first one of these Generations books for me
• MIGHTY THOR #23--I'm way to deep to bail on this now with an end in sight, it's been a solid B / B+ over the run
• PUNISHER #16--have enjoyed all 16 so far
• X-MEN BLUE #12--only because it is a continuation of Magneto's story line...bring his old book back so I don't start to care about these time travel imposters
