A few things of note
1. Kamandi Challenge #1 (DC) - Looking forward to it.
2. Teen Titans #4 (DC) - Good title this time around so far.
3. IVX #3 (Marvel) - Hoping the X-Men wipe out the Inhumans.
4. World War X #2 (Titan) - Fun story.
5. No Angel #2 (Black Mask) - Not bad.
6. Rick and Morty #22 (Oni) - Just as ridiculous and well done as the cartoon.
7. Reborn #4 (Image)
8. GI Joe A Real American Hero #236 (Idw) - One of my favorites.
9. Wonder Woman #15 (DC)
10. The Mummy #3 (Titan) - Hasn't been that great but it's written by Peter Milligan and it's from a new imprint "Hammer Comics." As a huge Hammer Horror Movie fan I gotta give my loyalty to this and see what happens.
11. Dead Inside #2 (Dark Horse)

Top of the stack: Paper Girls #11 -- back from a trade break, so new arc...so good. Time traveling teenagers from 80's, written by BKV & fantastic art by Cliff Chiang. What not to love? Please buy it! It could use the help.

Superman #16 -- really good, glad I jumped in at ReBirth
Super Powers #4 -- really hooking the 7-old-year kiddo, not bad for adults either
Batman #16 -- of course, also new arc with Bane
Darth Maul #1 --Bunn is writing so hopefully will be like Vader...5 issue mini
Old Man Logan #17 -- happy that Lemire & Sorrentino are back after a break
Star Wars #28 -- it's an action Yoda story
The Walking Dead #163--new arc & IT COSTS A QUARTER

Maybes: Green Arrow--would really prefer Arrow & Canary stories without the extended Queen famly
JL--maybe if there is good buzz I'll grab it, my LCBS has lots of recent back issues

Read Saga #42 tonight. Definitely need awhile to process this issue. This whole story arc was emotionally draining. This issue might possibly be on my year end list. A++++
Dregs #1 off to a great start. I just worry about delays. Black Mask developing a NOT so good reputation of being late

A few thoughts for the first week of February.

1. My LCS finally got Motor Girl #3 after not receiving it earlier. Really like this book.
2. Walking Dead #163. 25 cents.
3. Nova #3. I like the first few issues of this years run.
4. Aquaman #16. Still like this a lot but I'm maybe 5 issues behind.
5. Nightwing #14. See Aquaman #16.
6. Monsters Unleashed #2. I liked this more before discovering it is just a set up to launch a new "ongoing" series. Nothing wrong with the notion, I just would have preferred it as a stand alone story.

I also caught up on the Red Team Double Tap Center Mass series that John and Drew have raved about. For me, the first few issues were top notch but then it went into somewhat of a downward spiral. There have been some story elements that I'm not really loving. It's still a decent book, but I'm kind of disappointed with the direction Ennis took.
