I'm able to read a 10" display while using the tread-climber thing at the gym. That's pretty impressive considering I'm hitting that SOB pretty hard - and it's hitting me back even harder. I imagine the 7" display would be too tiny for that. The text would just be too tiny to read while bouncing around. It keeps one page on the display at a time and is actually pretty easy to read. Two-page spreads are a bit of a problem, though.
Keep in mind some comics are formatted so they show the entire gutter - that means unless you're doing guided view you're going to have even smaller text.
