The box was not damaged at all (the big DCBS box or the Bowen box) and I have ordered 50+ bowen items from DCBS over the years and this was the 1st one that came damaged. NOTE: Bust was still factory sealed when I opened it.
I blame the Bowen packing, which on this item seemed way below their usual standards. Not rigid enough material supporting the cape (which kind of sticks straight out from his back like it's blowing in the breeze). Normally they would pack this non-attached and you would stick it in yourself. For some reason, this was packed attached, and it snapped off due to the sub-standard packing.
Damage: Cape broken off + various feathers on helmet broken off
Why am I telling people this?

* If you buy it in a store, have them open it & inspect for damage BEFORE you leave the store.
