Create a 2nd account in your wife's name if you want to double-dip so you can use the keyword for free shipping again. It can only be used once per account.
Not too much else I want - thinking about a few of those Dark Horse Omnibi (Alien Legion, Ghost, the Mask) but won't cry bitter tears if I miss out on them.

Who says comics have to be expensive when we've got TFAW sales. One could easily buy a years worth of reading. TFAW sales are like the half-off sales at the comic conventions but better. It's easier to search through the trades on a computer and a lot cheaper if you get the free shipping. I didn't get everything I wanted because I waited for 70% off. If I had to do it over I would've gone in at 60% off. I still got a lot of good stuff. I added to a lot of my Dark Horse trade collections. 8 of my 10 items are from DH. TFAW is owned by Dark Horse so you get a lot of their own stuff availabe in these sales.

I was wondering about this.....

There is certainly a HUGE amount of cool DH stuff available in their sales at aggressively discounted prices.

I got all my TFAW books yesterday. I had ordered on Sept 25th, so it took about two weeks, but I don't mind. Everything came in perfect condition. The Creepy Archives vol one I got is real nice. I wouldn't pay full price $50 for it, but at $15, it's well worth it. I love TFAW sales. [WebWiz4] I hope they do another one on Black Friday, like that did last year, we'll have to see.

My books arrived yesterday too. All in absolutely great condition and at 70% off they represent an amazing value. They certainly pack their books better than Amazon does.

I got mine a few days ago. A couple of the nick and dent ones had issues with the dust jackets, but that's cool with me. Still an amazing deal.

There was one Goon trade that I ordered, but wasn't shipped. They emailed me and said it was just in too bad of condition to ship and they couldn't find another. I got a refund for it.

I guess I'm only missing 2 or 3 trades from the Goon run now, which is cool. Unfortunately, they are the first 2.

I was out when the box arrived. After I got home, the conversation went like this:

wife: 'a box came for you'
me: 'cool'
wife: 'what is it?'
me: 'comics i think. Yep, comics'
wife: '16 pounds worth?!'
me: 'ha, I guess so. Great deal, though'

$60 for 16 pounds of new trades I want AND free shipping? yes, please.

I got all my stuff about a week ago (2 boxes, since I did 2 orders).

Mine was mostly statues & busts, though.

Books were a Mister X HC and the Dark Horse Shmoo Archives.

All my stuff showed up last week in pristine condition. Surprisingly the Hippolyta bust is one of the better WotDCU statues I've seen...not sure why I wasn't keen on ordering it the first time through...

Lord if they do a Black Friday sale I better start saving my centavos up...

I got a couple books as well, just a few of those Marvel Adventures mini trades for my boy. With this sale in the past and living in Ore, I could order and then just pick up the order on the way home from work. Good times!!! Can't wait for the next sale.
